The conference registration includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions: August 23 (Fri.)- August 26 (Mon.), 2024
- Gala dinner: Saturday evening, August 24, 2024 (The accompanying guests registration fee also includes the gala dinner)
- Refreshments and lunch during the coffee breaks and lunchtime, respectively (August 24-25, 2024).
- Conference bags, conference manuals, and souvenirs.
- Certificate of attendance.

Note: Only registered presenters with complete payment can access the abstract submission.
- Students are kindly asked to upload the proofs of their student status, e.g., a valid student ID card, and student registration include gala dinner ticket for August 24.
- The banquet ticket can be additionally purchased for NTD 1,200 (≈USD 40)/person.
- International participants can pay by credit card or bank remittance.

Receipt
The receipt can be downloaded starting August 27, 2024. Please verify that all information, including your full name and organization, is accurate. Once downloaded, the receipt cannot be revised.
On-Site Registration
Payments for on-site registration can be made using either cash (NT$) or credit card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Registrations can be cancelled until August 1, 2024, with refunds issued, minus a 10 percent administrative fee.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made on or after August 2, 2024. Refund processing will occur after the conference concludes.
