Presentation Slides

  1. Prepare presentation slides by PowerPoint (version 2013-2016).
  2. The aspect ratio of presentation slide should be 16:9.
  3. Videos or animations are available on your presentation slides.

Presentation

  1. The conference will provide computers, so presenters must bring your files to the preparation room 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation time and save the files on the conference computer.

Note: Poster presentations are to be delivered on-site only. Poster presentations cannot be delivered online.

 

Poster exhibition time

  1. 1st Round: 2024/08/24 9:00-17:00 (Removal time: 17:00-17:30)
  2. 2nd Round: 2024/08/25 9:00-17:00 (Removal time: 17:00-17:30)

Poster Preparation

  1. Please ensure your poster size is available within the supplied
    poster backboard:
    Height: 146 cm x Width: 86 cm.
  2. Please include your abstract title, author name, and affiliation in the upper portion of the poster.
  3. Poster must be exhibited in English.
  4. The conference will provide adhesive tape, so the exhibitor should stick the poster on the indicated number.
